I'm Roy Kolbe 27 years and I live in Olbernhau. It's near Chemnitz East Germany.
Until the end of Jan 06 I work as PC Technician in an electronic Company in Chemnitz. Afterwards I'm trying to find a new company in this region and when I have success I will take my bag and will move over to there with my girlfriend.
Since my childhood I was inspired by cars therefore it's no wonder that I became a fanatic F1-fan and a hardcore SimRacer! ;) Racing is part of my life already and I really don't want to miss it. That's what I like and that's what I can.
Since 1992 I played all the best racing simulations. Especially Grand Prix 2 and Indycar 2 inspired me immensely. Currently I'm playing GTR because that's in my view the most realistic racing simulation available today.

Sim Racing Portfolio
I've a lot of experience in F1 racing leagues like LFRS or GP3GL called FSR today. In past years I found some great friends and the result of these friendships is a professional racing team sponsored by the Virtual-Games.com Company. This year I've retired myself from the FSR World Championship due to personal reasons therefore I'm inactive at the moment. But when I have time I do some laps with GTR just for fun.
I don't know what I will do at 2006. Maybe I will return to a commercial Championship as one of the Main Drivers but that's not for sure. All depends on my job situation and of course - the new simulations. Let's see if a serious competition is able to run the league with rFactor. Also GTR2 will be another great game. So I will wait and see what's best for me.
Opinion
I'm proud to be a member of Virtual-Games. We have had some great years together I will never forget. Anyday I will be an old man and then I will remember me on these days always with a smile in my face! :) I think all the time I spent for the team and on track was 100% worth. We have reached all what we could reach. Finally we won both titles in the professional league 2004. I think that was the highlight of my sim-racing carrier so far together with the trip to Portugal in 2002 of course! ;)
